Every adventure is a little different, but our goal is always the same: help you arrive feeling prepared, welcomed, and ready to begin the experience. We’ll provide detailed arrival information before departure and are always happy to answer questions along the way.
Many RDY Adventures offer both single and double occupancy options. Guests selecting double occupancy may request a roommate match when available. While we make every effort to pair compatible travelers, roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.
Detailed arrival instructions, meeting locations, transportation information, and recommended arrival times will be provided prior to departure. Guests are responsible for arranging transportation to the designated meeting location unless otherwise noted in the trip inclusions.
If your adventure includes airport transfers, shuttle services, or group transportation, those details will be communicated in your pre-departure information.
We encourage guests to review arrival instructions carefully and allow adequate time for flights, transfers, and any unforeseen travel delays.

A little preparation before departure can help ensure a smooth and stress-free journey. Understanding identification, passport, and entry requirements ahead of time allows you to focus on the experience rather than last-minute logistics.
Passports are required for travel outside your home country and must be valid for 6 months beyond the last day of the trip. Traveler agrees to carry a valid passport and have obtained all other required travel documents (visas, permits, certificates etc.) for the country or countries included in the reservation itinerary. Failure to comply may result in the denial of entry into a Country. The Company is not responsible for any such refusal by a foreign government for non-compliance on the part of the Traveler.
Traveler assumes full responsibility for verifying any requirements relating to and/or obtaining any immunizations which may be necessary or desirable for travel in the applicable countries and/or regions. Traveler assumes full responsibility for researching the safety and security conditions in the applicable countries and/or regions during the period of scheduled travel and being aware of any applicable travel advisories and/or warnings. The Company recommends that traveler consult a physician who is knowledgeable about travel medicine and related medical issues in the countries and/or regions to be visited.

Unexpected situations can arise before or during any adventure. Travel insurance helps protect your investment and provides peace of mind when plans change for reasons beyond your control.
We recommend Trip Cancellation insurance or Trip Interruption insurance for every adventure.
Travel insurance is designed to reimburse you for non-refundable expenses in case of a trip cancellation as well as for other previsions such as: missed flight connections, medical expenses/emergency assistance coverage (if something happens to you personally), baggage & personal effects coverage (if they are lost or stolen), baggage delay (if your bags do not arrive with your flight and you have to buy clothing, and personal items) which could possibly be very costly. Please note that insurance policies vary tremendously and have various critical exclusions. We recommend you choose carefully based on your personal situation.

Adventure travel often requires advance lodging reservations, permits, transportation arrangements, and guide commitments. We encourage every guest to review the cancellation policy and consider travel insurance before completing a reservation.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of registration. Deposit is refundable up to 120 days from the start of the retreat. Cancellations between 90 and 119 days of the retreat will result in a 25% loss of the full trip price. Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days of the start date of the retreat will result in a 50% loss of the total trip price.
Any cancellation made between 59 days and the date of departure will result in the total loss of funds. Reservations made within any time window above will immediately subject to the cancellation policy for that time period. We reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time and for any reason including force majeure and in such an event we will refund the full price of the retreat.
We always recommend that you purchase trip insurance whenever making travel plans and strongly suggest you consider trip insurance that includes evacuation insurance where remote routes are involved. You can use our suggested insurance provider and choose a policy option that is best for you.
Yoga Getaways require payment in full at the time of booking and are subject to the same cancellation deadlines.
Payment Due Dates:
25% Deposit upon reservation unless reservation is made in a higher payment window.
50% of the balance due 90 days prior to the start date
100% of the balance due 60 days prior to start date
